A new adventure for Dragonbane TTRPG from Dunderdagar is currently in development. As usual, THE BLACK SAILS will be launched on Kickstarter.
After a break from Kickstarter, Dunderdagar is back with a brand-new adventure. This time, we head out onto the high seas and follow a group of heroes as they take on marauders from a mysterious chain of islands. Inspired by the bravados of the Viking Age, the adventure is filled with bloodthirsty raiders, cruel sacrifices, and epic sagas. Legends of Stormbringer
No one could have missed last week’s big news that Elric of Melniboné is joining Free League Publishing through their next roleplaying game, Legends of Stormbringer. Just a couple of days ago, Goodman Games announced that they will produce an Elric of Melniboné RPG in 2027. What is going on? Why two Elric RPGs? It turns out that both companies have a non-exclusive license, so multiple RPGs can be produced at the same time. This takes me back to 1983, when two James Bond movies went up against each other in theaters: Sean Connery’s Never Say Never Again and Roger Moore’s Octopussy. But why? We can only speculate, but I think that old man Moorcock is cashing in in his golden years. The man is 86 and deserves a good retirement.
